21 gauge instrument with micro hook engages the eyelet of the tension ring and draws the ring into the tube without damage or loss of shape. The tension ring can be engaged clockwise or counterclock wise, unlike similarly designed instruments. Avalable with irrigation cap to allow continous irrigation with BSS during implantation of the capsulor tension ring.
